About The Team

The Sales Agent Management is responsible for managing and growing assigned key sales agents within SPX Express's commercial and operational network. This role ensures partner onboarding quality, go-live readiness, and ongoing performance improvement. Beyond daily operations, the position actively drives partner contribution, compliance, and sustainable growth through close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key partners, providing daily operational and commercial support.
  • Own onboarding quality and go-live readiness for assigned key partners, ensuring smooth activation and operational alignment.
  • Track daily performance of key partners, proactively following up to drive volume growth and performance improvement.
  • Conduct fraud reviews and ensure partner compliance with internal governance, policies, and risk control frameworks.
  • Own commission payout processes for key partners, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, BI, Finance, Risk, Product, Commercial teams) to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities across assigned partners, proposing actionable recommendations to improve partner productivity and contribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in partner management, key account management, customer success, or commercial operations within logistics, e-commerce, or similar industries.
  • Good understanding of performance tracking, pricing mechanisms, and commission or incentive models.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.
