Job Description:
We are looking for a performance-driven professional to partner closely with the Video & Livestream Key Account team to accelerate quality content output and GMV growth from high-performing affiliates, KOLs, and content-driven creators.
This role focuses on optimizing the Video & Livestream affiliate ecosystem by driving scalable program execution, incentive design, and performance governance. You will work cross-functionally with Program teams to implement initiatives through the Key Account team while continuously improving SOPs and measurable outcomes.
1. Performance Ownership (30%)
- Monitor end-to-end performance of the Video & Livestream affiliate ecosystem, including content output, content quality, CVR, orders, GMV, and ROI.
- Build and maintain structured dashboards to track performance (order, GMV, content quality) across creator tiers, content formats, and categories.
- Identify structural gaps and conduct root-cause analysis to drive ecosystem-level optimization and sustainable growth.
2. Growth & Incentive Strategy (30%)
- Co-design scalable growth models and optimize commission/incentive schemes to increase quality content production and ROI-positive GMV expansion.
- Partner with Video & Livestream Key Account leadership to prioritize high-impact creators, winning formats, and investment focus areas.
- Continuously evaluate the performance impact of incentives and refine mechanics to maximize efficiency
3. Program Governance & Execution (40%)
- Work closely with Program teams to deploy affiliate initiatives through the Video & Livestream Key Account team.
- Ensure strong program adoption with clear SOPs, structured workflows, and measurable targets.
- Monitor execution quality and continuously improve operating standards to enhance outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate, content commerce, or growth analytics.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills, ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of video commerce, livestream dynamics, and content-driven conversion funnels.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, program, or key account teams.

- Highly organized, performance-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Have hands-on experience in dashboard building and data interpretation (Excel/Google Sheets required BI tools preferred).
- Experience with Shopee Live / Shopee Video or similar marketplace tools.
- Exposure to short-video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Experience designing affiliate programs, SOPs, or performance playbooks.
- Background working with large-scale creator or affiliate ecosystems.
