Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies across the full marketing funnel, leveraging AI tools to create personalized content for different customer journeys and personas.
  • Drive tangible improvements by obsessing over full-funnel metrics. This includes using AI-powered SEO and content optimization tools to boost website traffic, increase MQL volume, and ultimately deliver the required business growth.
  • Lead the content team, ensuring its proficiency in using AI tools ethically and effectively. Collaborate with digital and demand generation teams to create best-in-class content and support creative campaigns.
  • Champion the responsible use of AI by establishing clear best practices, guidelines, and quality control processes to ensure all AI-generated content is accurate and consistent with the brand&aposs voice.

Key performance indicators:

  • Product pipeline vs. target, sales/revenue growth, and ROI attribution to marketing.
  • Growth in awareness, consideration, and engagement among prospects.
  • Organic traffic, CTRs, conversions, bounce rate, and engagement by channel.
  • Efficiency and quality of AI-assisted vs. traditional content (time-to-publish, volume, engagement).

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing B2B content plans that generate leads and achieve business KPIs.
  • Excellent writing skills with an editorial mindset, hands-on experience with SEO, and the ability to leverage digital tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI content generation tools to enhance production efficiency and maintain quality. Must understand how to effectively prompt, edit, and refine AI-generated content.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and motivate team members. Must be a commercially minded self-starter who can influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across different time zones.
