We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong experience in E-commerce or high growth start-up companies; or candidates with strong digital marketing or product analytics background. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders - particularly in Product, Campaign, FP&A, and Demand Planning - to define data needs, ensure effective tracking, conduct A/B testing, and develop robust insights that guide strategic decisions.
Job Description:
- BI & Data Modeling: Design scalable data marts and build end-to-end pipelines from raw data to business-ready tables, ensuring reliability, performance, and standardized metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion, DAU).
- Demand Growth Analysis: Analyze demand trends, identify growth levers, and lead A/B testing end-to-end–from hypothesis to evaluation and monitoring.
- Dashboard report & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Enhance BI processes using advanced tools (incl. AI) and mentor junior members to build team capability and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics role, preferably in ecommerce or a high-growth startup.
- Advanced SQL proficiency — including window functions, CTEs, performance tuning, and query optimization on distributed systems (Presto/Trino, BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake).
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Demonstrated experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including statistical significance, power analysis, and experiment lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, metric layer design, and data pipeline concepts.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with event tracking implementation tool (google tag manager, google analytics)
- Domain knowledge in ecommerce, food delivery, or marketplace platforms — particularly around demand planning, campaign analytics, or product funnel metrics.
