About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will transform complex operational and business data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and decision-support tools. The role focuses on building high-quality BI solutions that enhance visibility, support performance tracking, and enable data-driven decision-making across multiple business units.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and the Central Data & AI team to strengthen reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, sales, and inventory datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and BI deliverables (dashboards, reports, KPI trackers).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business performance and operational efficiency.
- Build and enhance dashboards across key KPIs (sales performance, stock efficiency, product availability, service levels, etc.).
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks for real-time and scheduled business reviews.
- Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to validate data pipelines and ensure data accuracy for BI use cases.
- Define data requirements, contribute to data mart design, and help shape the BI semantic layer.
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and anomaly detection to ensure reliable insights.
- Maintain business definitions, metric catalogs, and documentation for analytics datasets.
- Support automation initiatives such as predictive analytics, exception-based management, and reporting automation.
- Help streamline manual reporting processes across business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in BI, business analytics, or data analysis roles.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with Python/R is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, Snowflake) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, supply chain, and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Replenishment, Supply Chain, or Retail/FMCG analytics.
- Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, or DC/warehouse-to-store allocation.
- Experience working with Data Science or ML forecasting models.
