JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join GEM and support our growth in the Global market through new client acquisition and long-term business development.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Global market
- Identify, approach, and acquire B2B clients in IT services and software outsourcing
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Work closely with the Head of Sales (US Market), Delivery, and Engineering teams to propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and branding activities
- Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or software outsourcing
- Proven experience selling to US/ANZ/EU or international clients
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and outsourcing business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of software development, cloud, data, or AI services is a strong plus
