Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our core product team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders. You will shape the business frameworks for our breakthrough AI Virtual Assistants , translating complex user needs into detailed technical specifications while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.

• Requirement Elicitation & Analysis:
  

- Work directly with diverse stakeholders (Board of Directors, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and internal/external clients) to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.

- Synthesize requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and relevant business artifacts.

· System Design & Modeling:

- Build detailed use cases, user stories, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other advanced business models.

- Define business rules and constraints, mapping them efficiently into technical designs.

· Requirement Management & Traceability:

- Manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring absolute traceability from high-level business goals down to specific test cases.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) by assisting in test case development and verification to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with business goals.

· Strategic Thinking & Process Optimization:

- Shape the functional and business frameworks for advanced AI Virtual Assistants.

- Propose process improvements, optimize user experience (UX), and contribute to the business development roadmap.

· Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Explain intricate business rules to the engineering team while effectively communicating technical solutions back to C-level executives and stakeholders using business-friendly language.

Requirements

• Education & Certifications:
  

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are considered a strong advantage.

• Work Experience:
  

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in equivalent roles within the technology or automotive sectors.

- Major Plus: Solid experience working on AI, Data Platforms, IoT, or highly complex foundational systems.

- Proven experience working with software products, mobile applications, or integrated hardware systems.

- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and large-scale software development processes.

• Technical & Soft Competencies:
  

- Mastery of elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, document analysis, etc.).

- Proficiency in system modeling methodologies and tools: BPMN, UML, ERD, Use Cases.

- Hands-on capability in UI/UX wireframing and prototyping using Figma.

- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to draft clear, logical, and structured documentation for both business and technical audiences.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the confidence to present effectively to C-level executives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking mindset.

- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Chatbot/Voicebot ecosystems is highly preferred.

• Language Requirements:
  

- Proficiency in English (good reading comprehension and professional communication skills).
