Job Description
- Gather, analyze, evaluate business requirements, and provide consulting solutions for business units, partners, and stakeholders within the bank.
- Participate in the implementation of digital banking products and services, including Payment/Transfer, Card, Deposit, Lending, and other banking services for Retail and Corporate customers.
- Conduct market and technology research, assess customer needs, and analyze competitor products to propose new ideas and enhance banking products and services.
- Prepare business analysis documents, product specifications, user stories, and other related documentation.
- Participate in product testing activities and evaluate service quality.
- Monitor service quality, perform measurements and reporting, and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Conduct end-user training and provide support during product/service implementation.
- Prepare reports and project updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, software development professional, or in Banking, Financial Institutions, FinTech, IT companies, or other relevant positions.
- Strong documentation skills with hands-on experience in preparing User Stories, Use Cases, SRS, and other business documents.
- Good understanding of business processes and operations in banking, finance, or enterprise management domains.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
- Understanding of software development processes and experience in software testing is an advantage.Knowledge of SQL and experience working with common database systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes, or prior experience in banking/financial projects, is highly preferred.
- Experience in UI/UX design, prototyping, and mockup tools; knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
- BA-related certifications are an advantage.
