We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team and take ownership of the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of our Cloud & AI product portfolio to deliver maximum value to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end requirement lifecycle — collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and external stakeholders/customers to translate product vision and market needs into clear, detailed business requirements across GreenNode's IaaS, PaaS, and AI Platform offerings.
- Develop high-quality documentation including PRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, user guides, BPMN process flows, and UML sequence/activity diagrams.
- Quickly draft prototype UI / wireframe mockups (e.g., in Figma) to facilitate alignment with stakeholders and accelerate feedback cycles before development kicks off.
- Analyze current business processes and system workflows using BPMN 2.0 and sequence diagrams to identify improvement opportunities, and provide clear, actionable specifications for development and QA teams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders to validate functionality, usability, and performance - ensuring the final solution meets both customer and business needs.
- Read and analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to surface actionable insights; define success metrics, collaborate with the Data team on reporting dashboards, and translate findings into feature proposals and prioritized backlogs.
- Act as a trusted partner to Product Owners and Product Managers, and as the main bridge between product, engineering, customer-facing teams, and external partners - driving alignment and resolving conflicts across stakeholder groups without relying on formal authority.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-focused projects, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or AI/ML platforms, with demonstrated ownership of product modules or end-to-end features.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in producing structured documentation (PRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria) and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, adapting across different PM tools such as Jira, Redmine, Loop, etc.
- Hands-on with BPMN 2.0 and UML (sequence, activity, use case diagrams), plus modeling/wireframing tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, draw.io, Miro, or Mermaid.
- Able to read and analyze product/usage data to support decisions; basic-to-intermediate SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and AI Agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate BA workflows - drafting docs, generating user stories/test cases, summarizing meetings; prompt engineering or building task-specific agents is a plus.
Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have):
- Cloud & AI: understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and AI/ML platform architecture (LLM, RAG, Vector DB, AI Gateway).
- BFSI: prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance - familiarity with financial workflows, regulatory considerations, or BFSI-specific product requirements.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
