A. Senior B2B Business Development Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Business development (70%)
- Develop and execute plans to grow new potential clients and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Perform periodic customer care tasks as assigned, support retention and growth of existing clients.
- Execute business plans by phase, meeting individual performance targets.
- Proactively research market trends (pricing, competitor promotions, etc.) and propose appropriate commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create tailored service packages for key accounts in niche sectors.
2. Product development (20%)
- Support the development and updates of pricing models and service offerings based on guidance from management or solution teams.
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting...) to deliver services as per established processes.
- Monitor service delivery progress and support performance tracking regularly.
- Record and coordinate the resolution of issues arising during service execution.
3. Other tasks (10%)
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct managers.
Requirements
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree from top universities (preferably in Economics, Business, or Logistics).
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for workplace communication.
2. Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience working with cost structures and pricing models.
- Preferably has experience in B2B logistics, FMCG, Electronics, E-Commerce, or industries like Mom & Kids, Fashion, Cosmetics.
3. Skill

B. B2B Business Data Analyst
This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision making for the B2B Business Development team through a combination of analytics, reporting, and business modeling. The position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and optimizing pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze business data (revenue, customer/ sector performance, satisfaction metrics, receivables, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making by the Head of B2B Business Development
- Track, calculate, and monitor sales performance KPIs at individual and team levels
- Support the execution of incentive and commission schemes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of performance data
2. Forecasting & Commercial Analysis
- Develop forecasting models and business projections (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Partner with Head of B2B Business Development to build pricing models, simulate discount scenarios, and evaluate impact on revenue, margin, and growth
3. Dashboard & Data, System Automation (BI)
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports for the Freight B2B team
- Standardize metrics definitions and data structures to ensure consistency
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and scalable data solutions
- Support the BD team on data-related and system-related topics (CRM, sales modules, etc.)
- Work closely with the technology team to improve system processes within the sales module to better support business operations
Requirements
1. Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Advanced Excel/Google and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI) is a must.
- Experience supporting Sales / Business Development / Commercial teams is highly preferred
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to effectively leverage AI to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and generate insights while ensuring accuracy and critical evaluation of outputs.
