Job Description:
1. Strategic Brand Media Partnership
- Own and steer annual and quarterly media Joint Business Planning (JBP) in alignment with brands commercial growth targets and Shopee's platform priorities.
- Participate in Joint Business Planning activities with key brands and sellers to ensure we hit their targets (MS CIR) inline with the sale target.
- Translate GMV and growth objectives into actionable full-funnel media plans, ensuring efficient budget allocation across paid ads, affiliate, content, video, livestream, and on-/off-site solutions.
2. Media Investment Efficiency
- Act as the media efficiency owner, accountable for: CIR (media investment % over GMV), Channel-level ROAS, Incremental performance and budget efficiency
- Guide brands and internal teams to optimize investment structure, pacing, and channel mix to achieve sustainable growth rather than short-term spend expansion.
- Identify efficiency gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actions through data and platform insights.
3. Media and Campaign Pitching, Planning, Tracking and Execution
- Lead pitching process to build customized server-side marketing proposals tailored to brand objectives, ensuring alignment with Shopee's Marketing Solutions
- Plan and manage marketing campaign with out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bring satisfaction to brands.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly performance analysis using internal dashboards and data tools to track media and campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic consultation to brands for future campaigns and investment
- Reporting after campaign, support admin team to finish the cash collection flow.
4. Cross-functional collaboration
- Manage stakeholders such as other Marketing Solution teams, Business Development team and Brand team to deliver the best result for campaigns/media investment
- Provide close feedback loop regarding current and new media solutions efficiency from brands to relevant functional teams for further improvement and support
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of work experience either in marketing or e-commerce industry, and have passion in e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (e.g Ads, Affiliate, Offsite- Google and Facebook ads), media planning, and O2O campaign execution.
- Experience in managing big brands marketing planning, budgets, performance tracking, media efficiency and reporting.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
