Job Description:
Daily Operation & Capacity Planning
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved requisitions.
- Coordinate with Clients and cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance, Business Development) to secure timely and complete order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock allocation to support smooth daily operations.
- Support ad-hoc operational requests from Clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact with Clients build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships.
- Identify and address potential issues early.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of any concerns related to SBS performance.
Team & Project Leadership
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in daily operations.
- Share best practices and support knowledge transfer across the team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Lead or co-lead operational projects aimed at enhancing client experience, improving service quality, or optimizing internal processes.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment. Experience in client management and/or people leadership is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics/Business, or Foreign Trade.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, client-facing roles, and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in reporting and operations processes skilled in MS Office and Google Sheet.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changes.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple priorities.
