Job Description:

Daily Operation & Capacity Planning

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with Clients and cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance, Business Development) to secure timely and complete order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock allocation to support smooth daily operations.
  • Support ad-hoc operational requests from Clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact with Clients build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Identify and address potential issues early.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational problems and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any concerns related to SBS performance.

Team & Project Leadership

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in daily operations.
  • Share best practices and support knowledge transfer across the team.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead or co-lead operational projects aimed at enhancing client experience, improving service quality, or optimizing internal processes.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment. Experience in client management and/or people leadership is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics/Business, or Foreign Trade.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, client-facing roles, and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in reporting and operations processes skilled in MS Office and Google Sheet.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changes.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple priorities.
