Senior Backend Engineer (Java, English)

We are currently seeking a Java Backend Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the requirements analysis, high-level design, detailed design, and the preparation of technical documentation for the project.
• Responsible for the development of core project modules, delivering technical solutions, and addressing key technical challenges.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend system code.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify system bottlenecks and errors, and formulate solutions. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of backend development experience.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Java, with a thorough understanding of concepts such as JVM, I/O, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
• Proficient in SQL, with strong skills in using databases like MySQL, and a certain level of SQL optimization capability; familiarity with common NoSQL solutions such as Redis, along with an understanding of their respective advantages, disadvantages, and use cases, is preferred.
• Possess a certain level of oral and written communication skills in English, as well as strong time management abilities.
• Some basic knowledge of container and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Http and restful API.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Expertise in the development, analysis, and design of high-performance systems, ensuring system stability.
• Experience with AWS network infrastructure.
