Job Description
Insurance is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development for Insurance to join our team in Ho Chi Minh. You will play a key role in identifying new insurance product opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the GWP and adoption of Insurance products across various categories. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a dynamic and ambitious team:
- Identity and approach assigned external partners (insurers/ insurtech) to establish the partnership and launch new products on Shopee and ShopeePay App regarding embedded and standalone insurance products
- Coordinate internal & external stakeholders and work across departments, key account managers, business intelligence, and legal and compliance functions for go-to-market plan, marketing initiatives, and product growth.
- Gather market insights from partners/ competitors and assist with data tracking & analysis on marketing campaigns performance to provide insights, recommendations for campaign optimization, and new product design and customization.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently with excellence, on time, and within budget.
- Support the team lead to compose proposal of new business/ product opportunities & sales push planning.
- Coordinate with the Product Management Team and Operation Team to complete UAT & Live testing
- Completing other jobs assigned by the team lead and manager.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience with a bachelor degree related to the business field is a preferred.
- Having a background in the insurance field (or digital insurance is a plus), performance marketing.
- Good verbal & written skill for external & internal communication and reporting. In which, verbal English communication is a must.
- Have ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skill is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint (required).
- Data-driven, logical thinking, good problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
