Analyze & Enhance: Monitor and analyze payment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve our system.
Drive projects: Lead projects - from requirement gathering and testing (UAT/Livetest) to successful launch.
Optimize operations: Develop SOPS or simplify daily workflows (BAU) to reduce manual effort and leverage automation to boost efficiency.
Resolve incidents: Coordinate with relevant teams to conduct issues, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.

Requirements

Must have

Must Have

At least 1-3 year experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech, banking) for an operation role
Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work under pressure, analyze problems and propose solutions
Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems
Proficiency communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region

Nice To Have

Data sense with practical skills in Excel,Google Sheet/Slide, SQL/Python.
Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility
A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
