Job Description:
1. Risk Escalation:
- Respond to real-time incidents or crises, proactively identify and evaluate emerging risks, advise and collaborate with relevant teams in incident handling.
- Work with/as the risk defense line to identify, assess and resolve risks of all risk types and coach the business to design and implement controls.
- Monitor risks against limits and thresholds and work with risk owners/group risk team to resolve them within a set timeline.
- Implement the risk incident management process including registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports.
- Conduct investigations that provide critical insights to our internal cross functional stakeholders and deliver action oriented assessments.
- Produce respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong compliance with company policies and local regulations. Acts with honesty and transparency in all professional interactions.
- Upholds the highest standards of ethics and integrity handles sensitive data with extreme confidentiality.
2. Risk Prevention & Planning:
- Perform risk assessment based on the risk management framework for new products, new business initiatives/projects, systems and processes. Assess the risk level and advise on the risk mitigation plan for relevant teams to prevent risks.
- Conduct presentations and training in risk identification and mitigation.
- Develop and implement operational risk policies, risk procedures, and key risk indicators.
- Constantly develop and maintain risk tools and systems.
3. Other tasks are assigned by the teamlead/Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 3-4 years of working experience focusing on operational risk management or a related role from logistics platforms/operations
- Strong communication and project management skills, as well as stakeholder management, coupled with a proven track record of managing change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Highly responsible and trustworthy with respect to timeline or deliverables
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Knowledge of E-commerce/Logistics risk management is a plus
