Monitor and analyze payment success rate across all channels to promptly detect issues, identify trends, and propose enhancement opportunities for payment processing systems (including payment gateways, 3DS, UI/UX, etc.).
Perform UAT/Livetesting for new features or projects to ensure operational stability and efficiency, making sure new changes do not impact daily payment operations.
Drive projects end-to-end from requirement alignment, testing, deployment, to post-launch review - collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Finance, and Operations).
Evaluate and simplify existing workflows to optimize daily BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations, reducing manual effort and improving process consistency.
Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to identify bottlenecks, payment drop-off points, and propose actionable insights or process adjustments for the Payment team.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and training materials to support smooth execution and knowledge sharing or come up with solutions for daily tasks.
Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and data-driven decision making to enhance payment efficiency.
Coordinate incident reviews and post-mortems with relevant teams to ensure root cause identification, permanent fix, and process reinforcement.
Create reports and dashboards to monitor project progress, payment performance, or other BAU metrics as required.
Requirement
At least 1-3 year experience in a tech start-up (e-commerce, fintech, banking) for an operation role.
Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work under pressure, analyze problems and propose solutions.
Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems.
Proficiency communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides, SQL/Python.
Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility.
A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented.
