Job Description

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end project planning for new initiatives, with primary focus on manpower planning automation projects.
Translate operational requirements into structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Analyze current manpower planning processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
Identify risks, system impacts, and change requirements, and develop mitigation plans.
Drive implementation of automated manpower planning solutions, including system rollout and process redesign.

Requirements:

Bachelor / Master s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experiences in Project management / Strategic Planning /Change management / Operational improvement /
Strong understand of Manpower planning model, Data analysis , and operational improvement
Good Communication & Presentation in both Thai & English
Ability to manage multiple priorities
