(Senior) Associate, Campaign Marketing - Credit, ShopeePay

I. Job Description

Campaign Planning, Performance Tracking & Execution:

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (on-platform, off-platform) to support customer acquisition and retention targets.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign workflows: briefing, creative development, launch, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Optimize promotion schemes to maximize efficiency and impact on user growth
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
• Manage in-app & out-app marketing assets supporting users growth execution, ensuring seamless and timely campaign execution.

Partnership & Promotion:

• Support co-marketing initiatives and partnerships with affiliates, brands, or media partners.
• Ensure proper execution across systems and customer touchpoints

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product, Business Development, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with product offerings and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external stakeholders/entities if needed.

II. Job requirement:

Must have

• Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of work experience in same role
• Prior experiences working in Digital Product/ Marketing/ PMO, prior experience related to the lending industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and strong bias for action
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude
• A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
• Experience in Internet/E-commerce, FinTech or Financial Services industry is a big plus
