About VinaCapital:
VinaCapital is a leading Vietnamese fund management company operating in Ho Chi Minh City. The company’s core business is to manage investment funds in Vietnam, as well as to provide investment advisory and portfolio management services to retail and institutional investors.
The candidate will join a small, entrepreneurial team committed to growing the company’s domestic wealth management business. The candidate will be responsible for sales activities with selected distribution partners in domestic (Vietnamese) market, with focus on domestic retail customers, and will also market VinaCapital’s funds and individually managed accounts to certain institutions and HNW individuals.
Main duties:
Assist sales of open-ended funds and other investment products via VinaCapital’s bank and non-bank partners, including advising customers directly, answering sales team inquiries and assisting clients open investment accounts
Assist with training on VinaCapital products to bank and non-bank partners
Sell VinaCapital products directly to clients
Perform sales pipeline development, reporting and monitoring per requirements from partners and business development team
Build agile sales plan, have strategic thinking and comprehensive coverage plan for assigned partners
Collaborate with bank partners at multi-levels
Assist with other business development activities as required
Implement and accomplish individual KPIs such as product mix and gross sales by AUM
Other responsibilities assigned.Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree
At least five years of experience in financial services sales/or demonstrated knowledge of investment products
Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively to customers and partners
Proactive, energetic, numbers and results-oriented
Able to perform under pressure and to multi-task
Native Vietnamese and fluent in English.
