Job Description

Overview

  • Strategic planning of optimal use of loans to finance the capital needs of the Parent Company and its subsidiaries
  • Searching, analyzing, mobilizing, and selecting appropriate investment capital sources for enterprises to ensure that the maximum is calculated from the investment capital.

Responsibilities

1. Raising capital:

  • Analyzing information, updating reports, research, financial market and capital market data at the macro level; Analyze and forecast the financial situation of the group and the project, thereby making proposals to mobilize capital effectively and improve business efficiency;
  • Modeling the cash flow of projects that have been and will be implemented, coordinating inter-departmentally to find appropriate capital mobilization structures.
  • Prepare documents and participate in negotiations and negotiations with partners
  • Perform deal-related work including due diligence (legal, financial, commercial), valuation, surveys, internal approvals, approvals from competent authorities and preparation of prerequisites, etc.
  • Participate in reviewing sets of contracts, documents, official letters sent to state agencies, etc.
  • Work directly with consultants, pricing and control deal costs.
  • Carry out disbursement/disbursement on schedule to ensure timely capital for the project.
  • Perform post-disbursement tasks such as updating the project financial model, making periodic reports, ensuring commitments, risk management and post-disbursement conditions;
  • Periodically manage and review the use of capital of mobilized and guaranteed capital in order to use loans effectively.
  • Perform other tasks when required.

2. Stakeholder management.

  • Build relationships with external strategic investors/financial institutions to seek investment cooperation opportunities, develop more capital for member companies when needed.

1. Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
  • Priority is given to specialized certificates: ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.
  • Experience in finance, credit, banking.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of finance, banking, and related policies.
  • Good knowledge of credit regulations & procedures, loans.
  • Knowledge of the financial credit market and real estate industry.

  • Ensure that there is always enough loan capital when needed and that counterpart collateral is available.
  • Ensure the repayment of principal and interest on time and in full.
  • Maintain good relationships with loan providers.
  • Ensure that the loan capital is used in the most reasonable and effective way.
