Role Overview
We are looking for an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst to be based in Vietnam. You will play a crucial role being the representative and point-of-contact for the team and our portfolio companies, in all areas of venture capital investing and portfolio management in Vietnam.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on start-ups and market research on tech sub-sectors and landscapes
- Perform valuation and return analyses to support investment decisions
- Prepare investment documentation and business plans to support the investment process
- Prepare pitch decks and other marketing materials to support business development
- Identify, meet and screen new start-ups for potential investments
- Assist senior members with portfolio management activities
- Develop relationships with the start-up community (companies, entrepreneurs, VCs etc.)
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business/Finance or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant industries (Venture Capital / Investment / Bank / Management Consulting firms)
- Ability to build quality presentation decks
- Fluent in English due to regional market exposure
- Fluent in Vietnamese due to market coverage
- Proficiency in financial modelling is a plus
- Possesses strong agency mindset and self-starter attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
