We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation conversational AI platforms. You will build and deploy intelligent chatbots and agents that redefine user interaction, powered by cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs)
What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent agents;
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance;
- Research and apply the latest advancements in conversational AI and agentic systems.
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP and LLMs;
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG;
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow;
- Familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., LangChain) and vector databases;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership;
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
