Ownership: Take full responsibility for the stability and effectiveness of the regression suite across sprint releases.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in software automation testing for production-level systems.
Strong Programming: Expert-level coding skills in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Must have a strong grasp of Design Patterns in automation.
Tech Stack: Deep experience with modern frameworks like Selenium, or Appium.
AI Competency: Proven experience or strong knowledge of using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI api, etc.) or AI-based testing platforms to optimize the QA workflow.
API & Backend: Advanced knowledge of API testing (RestAssured, Requests) and mocking services.
CI/CD & DevOps: Strong experience integrating tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Proficient with Docker and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Database: Solid skills in SQL/NoSQL for data validation.
Mindset: A test-first and automation-first DNA with excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Nice to have
Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter, Locust) and Security Testing.
Experience with Behave/Cucumber (BDD) and shifting-left testing methodologies.
Contributions to open-source testing projects or a strong presence in the tech community.
