We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers (Senior/ Expert) with strong experience in LLM (Large Language Models) to enhance our product team.
This position focuses on developing and implementing AI, LLM, and data-driven solutions that power intelligent products across a diverse, data-intensive ecosystem spanning finance, assets, and consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build Data Pipelines: Collect, process, and standardize real estate data (listings, transactions, legal documents, images, maps, etc.).
- Develop Automated Valuation Models (AVM): Build valuation models based on big data and predictive analytics.
- Optimize Search & Recommendation Engines: Enhance search and recommendation systems using LLM-based semantic search, embeddings, and NLP algorithms.
- LLM Applications & Generative AI: Develop internal AI assistants, document Q&A, and knowledge retrieval systems powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), leveraging RAG pipelines, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, qDrant).
- Integrate AI into Products: Collaborate with software architects, GIS, backend, and product teams to integrate AI & LLM models into production.
- Implement & Improve MLOps: Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve ML/LLM models in a production environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in deploying ML/AI models (LLM experience is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex,
- OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, HuggingFace Transformers.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
- Proficient in Python and related libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Experience with data pipelines, crawling, and big data processing.
- Experience with API integration and model deployment to Cloud (GCP/AWS preferred).
- Experience in PropTech / FinTech / data-driven products is an advantage.
- Logical thinker, fast learner, comfortable experimenting with new AI technologies.
