About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML systems at scale. You will own the technical direction of AI projects, develop end-to-end ML pipelines, and contribute to the company's AI roadmap. The role focuses on strong technical execution, deep ML expertise, and hands-on implementation.
Responsibilities
AI/ML Engineering
- Design and develop AI/ML models and end-to-end pipelines: data processing, training, validation, deployment.
- Build scalable and production-ready ML systems with high performance and reliability.
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
- Implement best practices in MLOps: CI/CD/CT, model serving, monitoring, automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into existing platforms and applications.
- Research new AI/ML techniques and quickly prototype proof-of-concepts.
Technical Ownership
- Define architecture for AI solutions and ensure technical quality.
- Review code, maintain coding standards, ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to align AI solutions with business needs.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production environments.
- Solid knowledge of data processing (Pandas, Spark, ETL/ELT).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for training & inference.
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, statistics, and optimization.
- Experience with MLOps: Docker, CI/CD, APIs, monitoring, model lifecycle.
Nice-to-Have
Domain & Leadership
- Experience in Sourcing, Commercial, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small technical teams.
Technical
- Experience in Time Series, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, distributed systems.
- Cloud AI certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
