Analysis & Strategy
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends to refine ads strategies and campaign planning.
- Utilize data to review performance and develop ads strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Proactively lead improvements in reporting methodology and data storytelling.
Service Delivery and Tactical Execution
- Own the end-to-end ads consultancy process with brands: from performance reviews and recommendations to identifying upsell opportunities.
- Lead strategic conversations and present data-driven insights to brand stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex campaign issues and provide solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in an ads platform, with a strong track record of independently managing and optimizing ad campaigns across objectives.
- Deep understanding of digital ads metrics and campaign KPIs, with the ability to diagnose performance drivers and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence in managing stakeholders and driving real-time discussions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
