Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond traditional accounting and gain exposure to the financial operations behind artist's products, royalty processes, and artist-related income in the music business.
This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys both operational accounting and working closely with the business to support artist-related activities. We are looking for someone who is careful, meticulous, well-organized, and comfortable handling detailed transactions with accuracy.
What You'll Own:
- Manage inventory accounting for artist's products, including stock movement tracking, reconciliations, and support for stock counts.
- Handle payable accounting and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and operating expenses.
- Support tax accounting and compliance, including preparation for tax filings, audit requests, and statutory requirements.
- Track and reconcile artists performance income and related supporting documents.
- Support the artist royalty process, including recoupment tracking, statement preparation, SAP processing, and payment coordination.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records in SAP and MISA.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong SAP experience is required.
- Experience in inventory accounting, payables, and tax accounting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Well-organized, careful, and able to manage detailed processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
