Shutta is a boutique digital transformation firm. We are a small, high-impact team of Player-Practitioners who value precision, agility, and a results-only mindset. As we transition toward a global SaaS model (simba Asia), we need a reliable financial anchor to own our Vietnam-based accounting and support our international expansion.

We are seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant who holds a valid Chief Accountant Certificate. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys taking full ownership of a company's books and wants to be the Financial Source of Truth for a small, growing business.

You will manage a low volume of high-integrity transactions and lead our transition to a modern accounting system.

• Data Re-entry Project: You will lead the manual migration of historical accounting entries (2017-2024) from Xero to FAST. You will ensure that seven years of data is perfectly reconciled and recorded to provide a clean starting point for the new system.
• System Administration: Once the migration is complete, you will own the FAST environment, ensuring all future data entry is flawless.

• Corporate Realignment: Under the direction of the CEO, you will execute the paperwork and financial documentation required for the sale of our Vietnam entity to our new UAE headquarters.
• Global Liaison: Act as the local point of contact for our UAE and Hong Kong accounting partners, providing data and documentation as requested.

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage a low-volume ledger (approx. 30-40 invoices per month).
• Compliance: Handle monthly/quarterly tax filings, social security, and payroll for our team of 10.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare a concise Executive Snapshot (P&L and Cash Position) by the 5th of every month.
• Audit Ownership: Lead the annual statutory audit process for our Vietnam operations.

• Certified: You hold a valid Chief Accountant Certificate (Kế toán trưởng).
• Meticulous: You are a numbers person who takes pride in a perfectly balanced ledger and error-free tax filings.
• Hands-on: You are happy to do the deep work of manual data entry and historical reconciliation.
• Software Literate: Experienced with Xero and FAST (or similar ERP systems).
• English Proficiency: Good written English is required for coordinating with our international partners.
