SENIOR ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

Location: HCMC, Tan Dinh ward

Report to: Finance Manager

Salary: 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 gross + salary 13th +internal benefit + Bonus

Working time: Mon – Friday ( 9 am – 18 pm)

Job Description

Inventory

• Monitor, record, and report inventory data.
• Reconcile inventory data between accounting - warehouse - sales system.
• Participate in periodic inventory count (monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Manage cost of goods sold and inventory valuation.
• Provide data for financial reporting, audits, and tax inspection.
• Work with warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments to resolve discrepancies (if any).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

 AR & AP for Sales

• Prepare and issue electronic invoices in accordance with tax regulations.
• Reconcile revenue and platform fees with reports from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Prepare reports on trade discounts, early payments, and bonuses for customers in the wholesales channel.
• Prepare sales report by channel by product.
• Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse department to resolve discrepancies (if any).
• Assist in explaining data during audits and tax inspection.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG and in FDI companies.
• Thorough understanding of electronic invoice regulations, VAT, and sales processes.
• Ability to reconcile e-commerce revenue, understand platform fees and policies.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (FAST, etc.).
• Careful, honest, responsible, and good at data processing.
• Foreign language: Fluent in English.
• Candidate available to start immediately is preferred.
