About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of production projects, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency, and strong client satisfaction.

This role sits at the intersection of client management, production expertise, and strategic delivery — acting as a key bridge between clients, internal teams, and suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Management

  • Lead day-to-day client interactions and briefings
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively manage expectations and provide strategic advice

Project & Campaign Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end production across low to high complexity projects
  • Challenge and refine client briefs to ensure clarity and feasibility
  • Develop clear campaign plans and communicate progress effectively
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and accurate reporting

Strategic & Commercial Thinking

  • Act as a subject matter expert in production
  • Propose process improvements and campaign enhancements
  • Drive client adoption of key initiatives (e.g. rate cards, workflows)

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the escalation point within the delivery team
  • Align stakeholders across client services, production, and suppliers
  • Tailor communication to different audiences for maximum impact

Performance & Analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Lead monthly performance reviews (savings, delivery, KPIs)
  • Identify gaps and collaborate on improvement actions

Negotiation

  • Manage conversations with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Achieve mutually beneficial outcomes across cost, quality, and delivery

Team Support

  • Mentor and support Account Managers
  • Help manage workload and project allocation within the team

Who This Is For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in PRINT/POSM production or relevant industries (advertising, retails, creative agency, marketing, etc)
  • Are confident working directly with clients and managing complex projects
  • Have a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Communicate clearly and adapt your style to different stakeholders
  • Can prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure
  • Have strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
