Objectives

We are looking for a commercially-minded, strategically brilliant, and culturally influential Influencer Management Manager who will own and scale PMAX's entire influencer management function. You will define the vision, build the team, set the commercial model, and ensure that influencer marketing becomes a core competitive advantage for PMAX and its clients. This is a P&L ownership role — you are responsible for revenue, margin, team growth, client satisfaction, and market positioning. You think like a business owner, lead like a coach, and execute like someone who refuses to accept good enough

Job Description

Business Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Own the P&L for PMAX's influencer management service line — setting revenue targets, margin goals, and growth strategies.
  • Define the commercial model for influencer services: pricing structures, packaging, and value proposition to clients.
  • Develop the 1–3 year strategic roadmap for the influencer division, aligned with PMAX's overall business strategy and market opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams: social commerce, live-streaming, affiliate programs, exclusive talent representation.

Client Leadership & Market Positioning

  • Serve as the most senior influencer marketing expert at PMAX — advising top-tier clients, joining pitches, and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, ensuring influencer marketing is a strategic pillar of their marketing investment.
  • Position PMAX as the leading influencer marketing agency in Vietnam through thought leadership, industry events, awards submissions, and media presence.
  • Partner with BD and Account leadership to integrate influencer solutions into new business acquisition strategies.

Organization Building & People Development

  • Build, structure, and scale the influencer management team from current size to meet growing demand — including hiring strategy, role design, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people development program: competency frameworks, training roadmaps, career ladders, and mentorship structures.
  • Conduct performance reviews, talent calibrations, and promote a culture of high ownership, innovation, and excellence aligned with PMAX's core values.
  • Manage team engagement, retention, and wellbeing — ensuring the influencer team is one of the most desired teams to join at PMAX.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

  • Design and implement operational frameworks that enable the team to deliver high-quality campaigns at scale — SOPs, tooling, automation, and quality assurance systems.
  • Establish performance measurement systems: team productivity KPIs, campaign quality scores, client satisfaction metrics, and continuous improvement loops.
  • Leverage technology and AI to create competitive advantages: automated influencer matching, predictive performance modeling, and real-time campaign dashboards.
  • Oversee budget management, vendor negotiations, and resource optimization across the function.

Ecosystem Strategy & Industry Influence

  • Build PMAX's proprietary influencer ecosystem — exclusive partnerships, talent incubation programs, and platform-level strategic alliances (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Establish PMAX as a preferred partner for top-tier talent agencies and MCN networks in Vietnam and the region.
  • Drive industry innovation: pilot new influencer formats, monetization models, and cross-platform strategies that set market trends.
  • Represent PMAX at industry conferences, media events, and thought leadership forums as the voice of influencer marketing expertise.

Job Requirements

Must Have

Skills, Knowledge & Qualification

  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing / KOL management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department-level leadership role.
  • Proven experience owning P&L, setting revenue targets, and delivering commercial results for an influencer or marketing service line.
  • Exceptional client leadership — track record of managing senior client relationships and contributing to new business growth.
  • Strong people leadership credentials: experience building teams from scratch, developing talent pipelines, and managing 5+ direct and indirect reports.
  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry, social media platforms, and emerging trends (social commerce, AI, live-streaming).
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills — comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; strong professional English proficiency (written and verbal).

Good To Have

  • Experience building or leading an MCN or talent management company.
  • Regional (SEA/APAC) influencer marketing experience.
  • Established relationships with C-level clients and industry leaders in Vietnam.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing and influencer management.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
