Hepmil Creators Network (HCN) is a social commerce-focused MCN agency that connects brands with top TikTok creators in Southeast Asia. We offer an All-in-one KOL services, from data-driven KOL selection to campaign management, helping brands reach a young Millennial and Gen Z audience and grow revenue through their highly engaged contents. HCN are currently present in 6 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, VietNam with a portfolio of more than 2000 creators from multi categories.

We provide creators with access to training, resources, and opportunities to collaborate with brands, which helps them grow their businesses and careers, and increase their social commerce revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and expanding potential clients and an active growth pipeline, as well as promoting the companys services, addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Being able to analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage key relationships with our clients and agency partners. Project-manage and execute campaigns for clients and grow the business in Vietnam.
  • Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCNs creators in developing content that meets the clients objectives.
  • Ensure clients objectives and timelines are met, oversee creative development and video production, and ensure smooth delivery of deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in the creation of proposals.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing in an IMC or creative agency environment, including proven expertise in handling key clients independently and leading multi-channel projects.
  • Solid understanding of IMC planning (not just social), with the ability to translate client business goals into a practical communication framework and execution roadmap.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership: coaching, developing, and managing Account Executives/Managers and cross-functional talents.
  • Strong strategic thinking and client-side POV: able to challenge briefs, propose direction, and consult clients at the decision-maker level.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable navigating C-level conversations and managing expectations under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and how they fit within a broader IMC ecosystem.
  • High level of ownership and accountability: able to lead projects end-to-end, problem-solve independently, and make informed business decisions.
  • Adaptable, proactive, calm under ambiguity with strong operational excellence and project management capabilities.
