1. Responsibilities
a) Coordinate with the Sales Department to receive project information, review and verify details, and clarify requirements with clients (Receive brief).
b) Organize ideation activities, develop proposals, prepare quotations, and create cost estimation tables (CO, CE) for each project; monitor and control actual implementation expenses throughout the project.
c) Present and defend proposals to clients; negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
d) Manage the project team, assign tasks, supervise performance, evaluate results, and handle arising issues.
e) Coordinate with the Operations Department to implement project activities efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Ensure acceptance of all project stages in accordance with the signed contract, including any modifications (if any).
f) Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department on payment procedures, finalization, and handling receivables with clients and related parties.
f) Monitor and report project progress, outcomes, and issues to the Board of Directors.
g) Ensure all contractual requirements agreed with clients are fully, accurately, and promptly fulfilled.
h) Review all changes arising during project execution, propose and negotiate contract appendices/adjustments with clients when changes occur.
i) Ensure CO and CE are updated immediately upon any changes and approved by the Board of Directors before proceeding to the next phase of the project.
j) Organize review and evaluation meetings after bidding, contract signing, and project completion.
k) Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
2. Authorities
a) Propose ideas, proposals, and quotations for projects.
b) Make decisions regarding task delegation for the project team and Operations team.
c) Propose recruitment, promotion, rewards, or disciplinary actions for project team members.
d) Propose the use of resources and working tools for projects within the approved cost limits (CO, CE) under delegated authority.
e) Approve procurement items and project-related expenses within the approved CO, CE limits.
f) Propose adjustments to project costs or timelines when there are changes from clients or internal company requirements.
3. Minimum Competency Requirements
3.1 Education
College degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Project management certificates or qualifications are an advantage.
3.2 Skills
Strong project management, time management, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible thinking, strong organizational skills, and ability to implement ideas effectively.
English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at intermediate or above.
3.3 Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and event management.
At least 2 years of experience in a project management or equivalent role.
Experience working with large, reputable clients across diverse industries.
