Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact, and ensuring that digital campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account strategies, briefing and coordinating with creative and technical teams, monitoring project performance, and preparing reports and presentations for clients. The Senior Account Manager will oversee budgets, manage timelines, handle issue resolution, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling services. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal process improvements.
Job Decription:
1. Project Management (25%):
● Take lead in developing Digital Marketing strategies, project costings, and delivering persuasive presentations to clients.
● Collaborate with the Planning department on preparation tasks, including: receiving briefs, brainstorming, writing proposals, and presenting ideas to clients.
● Coordinate with other departments during project execution to ensure projects are on schedule, meet quality commitments, and achieve optimal results.
● Work alongside the Line Manager to handle project-related information and resolve any arising situations.
2. Client Management (35%):
● Work with the team leader to devise plans for seeking and developing new clients, as well as building specific strategies to retain the existing client base.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
3. Team Management (30%):
● Effectively supervise and guide the project execution process of Account staff within the team.
● Establish training and development plans for each member of the assigned team.
4. Other Tasks (10%):
● Be willing to learn and experiment with new projects related to media, digital, and data.
● Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Department or the Company.
