Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to manage and grow our client's Below-The-Line business in Vietnam. You'll work closely with the client team to deliver innovative activation, events, and marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the BTL portfolio in Vietnam
  • Develop and execute marketing activities
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand business objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Report to the Regional Account Director on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Own and manage budget and forecast numbers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and communicated effectively to support functions (e.g. finance, creative, operations)

Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure

  • 5+ years experience in BTL marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Candidate with strong experience in integrated BTL marketing activities, including promotions, roadshows, activations, events, and digital-linked initiatives for the Vietnam market
  • A candidate with a marketing agency background would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with local and regional stakeholders
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.

Role Requirements

  • The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager is required to be present on the client site, if any, or at our local office.
  • Travel to conferences or client events will be required on occasion.
  • Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon – Fri, the project-based nature of the role requires that some days you will have to work outside of these hours, and you will recover that time in another moment.
