Job Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing sales strategies and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across the agency and direct clients.
Job Description:
- Have knowledge and understand well about Influencer Marketing and Social Commerce
- Understand and analyze client's brief
- Understand about client and agency's way of working
- Good sense of hospitality and client service
- Good sense of potential clients and relationship-building
- Know how to do project P&L and measure result effectively
- Arrange meetings with clients/agencies
- Open a new stream for Market Place of Influencer and Social Commerce
- Build & maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore new business from potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare influencer proposals /quotations for clients
- Develop or work with a team to develop a project plan in consultation with other teams to specify a detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC and other resource allocation required
- Ensure implementation of project compliant to the standard working process of the company
- Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients
- Take responsibility for mentoring and training team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Have 3 years of hands-on experience or an equivalent in Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce
- Represent as a leader of the team to deliver the business KPI
- Strong sales skills, capable of generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships throughout the sales process
- Good at English speaking and presentation
- Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles
