Purpose Support the commercial growth of assigned small to mid-sized brands within M-Commerce. Own P&L responsibility for these brands, managing daily sales, promotions, and platform relationships, while ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand P&L Ownership
- Manage sales, margin, and profitability targets for assigned brands/categories.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance and flag risks or opportunities.
- Optimize pricing, promo mechanics, and assortment to maximize GMV and margin.
- Go-to-Market & Campaign Support
- Develop GTM plans for brand promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with Media Division for paid pushes, livestream activations, and affiliate support.
- Ensure product listings, store content, and promotions are updated and campaign-ready.
- Platform & Partner Engagement
- Liaise with platform category managers (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) to secure promo slots and co-marketing opportunities for assigned brands.
- Maintain communication with brand principals/distributors to align business priorities.
- Provide feedback from campaign results to brand partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with Ecom Ops team to ensure stock availability, fulfillment readiness, and smooth promo setup.
- Provide Content Factory with insights on product USPs and promo storylines for creatives.
- Collaborate with Campaign Lead to ensure assigned brand campaigns are executed on schedule.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Track sales performance by SKU, campaign, and channel.
- Provide insights on which promotions and content drive highest conversion.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for Commercial Manager.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, category management, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of social commerce dynamics (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, live commerce, affiliates).
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset; comfortable working with P&L and performance dashboards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency preferred.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- GMV and margin delivery for assigned brands.
- Growth rate of assigned brand accounts.
- ROI of campaigns (sales uplift vs. spend) for assigned brands.
- Number of platform promo slots secured.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting to Commercial Manager.
