Job SummaryThe Account Executive (Social Commerce) serves as the primary point of contact for our brand clients, specializing in the execution of sales-driven social commerce and livestream campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of client management, project coordination, and e-commerce acumen. The ideal candidate will translate client briefs into actionable commercial strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams to execute Mega and Daily Livestreams, and rigorously track campaign performance to ensure GMV targets and client satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship & Account Management: Act as the primary liaison between THN Agency and assigned brand clients. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships by ensuring deep understanding of client briefs, business objectives, and providing proactive daily support.
- Social Commerce Strategy & Proposal Development: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop tailored social commerce proposals. Recommend optimal livestream frameworks, product mixes, voucher mechanics, and affiliate incentive structures to maximize conversion rates.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-functional workflows between internal teams (Livestream Operations, Project Management, Creative, and Production) to ensure seamless execution of Mega and Daily Livestream campaigns. Ensure all broadcast technicalities, product listings, and promotional setups adhere strictly to platform guidelines and client expectations.
- Logistics & Platform Management: Manage essential operational tasks including product sample logistics, Seller Center integrations, and affiliate link configurations on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor real-time commercial metrics including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Prepare and present comprehensive post-campaign reports, offering actionable insights and optimization recommendations for future campaigns.
- Vendor & Platform Coordination: Work directly with e-commerce platform representatives (e.g., TikTok Shop AMs) and external third-party vendors to secure platform-specific promotional support and ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Candidate Profile- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Client Services, or E-commerce Operations role within a digital marketing agency or MCN. Strong familiarity with social commerce trends, livestream operations, and affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopee). Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics to drive commercial success.
- Core Competencies: Excellent project management and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to effectively manage client expectations and coordinate internal teams.
- Work Style: Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly during real-time broadcast events and Mega Sale periods (e.g., Double Days).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required for communicating with multinational clients.
