Sen/Lead Full Stack Front End Developer

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• Design and own front-end architecture and key technical decisions
• Ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance of UI systems
• Provide guidance on best practices (component design, state management, API integration)
• Oversee BFF layer design to support UI needs efficiently
• Delivery Ownership
• Break down product requirements into actionable engineering tasks
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and execution alignment Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early
• Ensure timely and predictable delivery of features
• Team Coordination
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the UI team
• Facilitate team discussions, design reviews, and alignment sessions
• Unblock engineers and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
• Maintain clarity on priorities and scope during execution Cross-functional
• Collaboration Work closely with Product Owner, Backend teams, QA, and stakeholders
• Clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs effectively Quality & Standards
• Enforce code quality, review standards, and engineering consistency
• Drive improvements in developer experience and productivity

Requirement:

• Strong experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Familiarity with BFF pattern and API orchestration
• Solid understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD practices

• Experience breaking down complex features into deliverable tasks
