Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Map and document current AS-IS architecture
- Identify pain points, bottlenecks and critical dependencies
- Design TO-BE architecture that is scalable, event-driven, secure and resilient
- Produce detailed sequence, dataflow and diagrams for every business domain
- Recommend service refactoring, merging or retirement based on scalability, maintainability and alignment to business domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Vehicle) to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Deep expertise in Java & Spring Boot (including Spring Security and Spring Cloud/Microservices).
- Proven experience in REST API design, versioning strategies, and documentation.
- Deep understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with messaging protocols/tools (Kafka, MQTT) and Identity/Access Management architecture (OAuth2, OIDC).
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical blueprints using Sequence, Data Flow, and Component diagrams
- Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including schema normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, including CRM, SAP, and third-party Payment Gateways
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Proficiency in core AWS services
- Compute/Orchestration: EC2, Lambda, EKS/ECS.
- Data/Messaging: S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Kinesis, API Gateway.
- Connectivity: IoT Core, VPC
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization
- Knowledge of IoT platforms, connected vehicle systems
- Experience in EV, automotive or mobility platforms (Tesla, BYD, ...)
