Job Description:
You will be responsible to lead and scale the Seller Support function by ensuring stable BAU execution, structured Top Seller management, and strong operational enablement, to protect pickup performance and delivery lead time as seller GMV & volume grows.
- Lead and stabilize Top Seller Support operations, ensuring consistent compliance enforcement and SLA adherence
- Own and govern Top Seller Support, including seller segmentation, engagement model, and escalation handling
- Drive seller performance management, monitoring key metrics, identifying risk patterns, and enforcing corrective actions
- Enable operations readiness by translating seller demand, peaks, and behavioral signals into actionable inputs for OPS teams
- Oversee cross-functional coordination with Operations, Platform teams to ensure policy and process alignment
- Build team capability and playbooks, ensuring standardized seller communication, escalation, and compliance practices stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience in operations management, seller operations, or partner management
- Strong stakeholder management with operation and commercial teams
- Data-driven, structured thinker with execution discipline
- Able to balance firmness in compliance with professional seller communication
- Experience managing teams in high-volume, fast-growth environment
