Job Description:
- Assist in reviewing and identifying opportunities to enhance platform performance
- Assist in performing end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation and performing primary and secondary research to synthesizing data to extract key insights
- Assist in initiating changes and conducting deep-dive analysis for C2C RM KPI and Managed Seller selection criteria based on platform strategic growth direction
- Develop and lead practical and actionable projects, programs, and recommendations that will dictate strategic directions of the organization
- Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are met
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
- Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-Commerce industry, especially with regard to seller management.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience (data analytics, marketing, project management, or strategy)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about learning and highly curious about the e-commerce industry
- Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness.
