Seller Live - Project Management Associate - Shopee

• Manage and execute key Livestream & Video initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and implement structured project management frameworks, including planning, risk assessment, and contingency planning
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of streamers, optimizing engagement and performance
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., session volume, seller participation, GMV, ROI) to drive improvements
• Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely financial processing as guided
• Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Execute solutions related to optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience
• Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, smart and fast learning
• Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management experience in Livestream, Business Development, or Marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Self-initiative and can-do attitude person
• Professional English skills (reading/writing/listening/speaking).
