Support the management of assets, including visibility slots and cash revenue streams, ensuring their effective usage;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requesting cash assets for NSF sellers and support allocating seamless asset cross-sellers to support business growth;
Drive campaign ideas, monitor efficiency to continually improve performance and push commercial growth for new sellers;
Help generate performance reports, track key metrics to enhance business results;
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to facilitate the successful implementation and completion of projects;
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience;
Good knowledge of Shopee's products, market, and functions for consulting the sellers;
Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal);
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment;
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn;
Efficient stakeholder management skills.
