Job Description:
  • Develop a detailed seller experience improvement project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Identify seller pain points and evaluate opportunities, and develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction to improve seller experience.
  • Perform the related analysis and research of technical and business issues.
    • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly Seller NPS report (Both General and Logistics) for stakeholders to better understand seller pain points and behaviors with a suggestion to improve seller experience/satisfaction
    • Closely monitor the seller sentiment in social media to extract useful insights/pain points and escalate to relevant stakeholders for further improvement plans/initiatives
    • Conduct interview/focus group/survey to deep dive insights as requested by SOS projects team
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences. Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy.
  • Manage the execution of seller experience projects, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, building work plans, identifying and prioritizing resources needed, and ensuring the delivery of milestones


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management/operations, and market research
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable able to work under pressure
  • High proficiency in Excel or data is a plus
