Job Description:
- Plan and execute communication and education activities to help sellers understand and adopt new policies, initiatives, and programs
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging training materials (presentations, guides, videos, e-learning modules, etc.) for sellers and internal audiences
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of seller education campaigns, including scheduling, communication rollout, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BD, Marketing, COO, Operations,...) to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to sellers
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery methods
- Support community engagement activities to strengthen Shopee's relationship with seller groups and improve awareness of educational initiatives
- Standardize templates and processes for training content and communication materials to ensure consistency and scalability
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience in training, communication, or community management, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced digital environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to translate complex policies or product updates into simple, actionable guidance for sellers
- Experience in content creation (presentations, e-learning, video scripts) is an advantage
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for on-ground training or engagement events
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
