Job Description:

  • Own and deliver defined seller acquisition targets, including both the number of new strategic sellers onboarded and their expected sales contribution.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential Korean brands and resellers by analyzing market opportunities, distribution structures, export trends, and demand for Korean products in overseas markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, LATAM).
  • Develop and execute structured seller acquisition strategies, including defining target segments, building a qualified lead pipeline, and managing the acquisition funnel from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Drive seller acquisition through both direct brand outreach and partnerships with ecosystem partners, including agencies, organizations, and industry partners, through joint programs, events, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end acquisition execution, including seller outreach, partnership discussions, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Monitor the performance of newly onboarded sellers and identify opportunities to accelerate their growth on the platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, consulting, sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong business development capabilities, including identifying high-potential partners, developing acquisition strategies, and building external partnerships.
  • Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to plan and manage acquisition pipelines using data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, cross-border trade, or international market expansion is a plus.
