Responsibilities:
Inbound:
1. Reach new and existing leads: Utilize lead management software to proactively contact and communicate with clients via various channels, including overseas IM (Zalo, WhatsApp), phone, and email. Gather relevant information about potential customers (decision-making, needs, purchasing power, etc.) and nurture them until they convert into demos or customer visits.
2. Support offline marketing activities in Southeast Asia, conduct preliminary follow-up and screening of leads, and conduct timely process evaluations of lead conversion conditions and effectiveness. Maintain relationships until they convert into demos or customer visits.
Outbound:
1. Accurate Lead Identification and Assessment:
Actively identify new potential overseas customer opportunities, leveraging multiple channels to identify and assess potential customers who meet the company's target profile, establish effective connections, and be responsible for the number of successful leads.
2. Answering and Guiding Needs:
Learn industry and product knowledge, convey the value of the company's products and solutions to potential customers, continuously influence target customers minds, and convert leads.
3. Conduct social media and content marketing through overseas social media to enhance local brand
influence and convert leads.Job Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of work experience, a bachelor's degree, and English fluency.
2. Experience working in a B2B company, developing foreign trade clients, or working in the software industry is a plus.
3. Actively seeking learning opportunities, good communicator, and optimistic.
4. Excellent teamwork and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, with strong self-management and self-motivation.
