AA- Job Description

Mercatus, a Relationshop company, is an e-commerce product company looking for an experienced full-time Scrum Master/PM to develop and handle our platform Our products are used in the US, Canada, Central America, Europe, and Israel. We already have hundreds of B2B2C customers.

B- Education/Experience Required

1. Prior experience on a scrum team of 2+ years.

2. Experience with managing development Teams for E-Commerce Products.

3. Experience with Project Management Gant Tools.

4. Experience with Jira.

C- Knowledge/Skills Required

1. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.

2. Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.

3. Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.

4. Experience with successful Agile techniques.

5. Ability to work with and lead a team.

6. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

7. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

8. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.

9. Familiarity with the software development life cycle.

D- Major Duties

1. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.

2. Manage each project's scope and timeline.

3. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

4. Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

5. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

6. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).

7. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

8. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

9. Help teams implement changes effectively.

10. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

11. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

12. Help build a productive environment where members own the product and enjoy working on it.

Salary & Allowances

Competitive income with 13th-month salary .

Annual leave: 12 days/year and other leaves/public holidays in accordance with the Labor Law
